For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. This means that if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package.
Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@KenichiBear.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
By placing an order on our site, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our site. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items will not be eligible for return if:
- Item shows obvious signs of use
- item is not in its original condition.
- Item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- It has been more than 30 days after deliveryTo complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
If you are experiencing issues or delays with your refund, first check your bank account or credit card company, it may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve taken those initial steps, and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@KenichiBear.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a replacement, please send us an email at support@KenichiBear.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified of your return.
To return your product, you should email us first to receive a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item and it's best to insure and track your package.
