Heat cap ONLY orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days except during sale events, holiday seasons and other high volume order placements.

What is the processing and Shipping schedule?
We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday from 10 am - 4 pm. There is no processing or shipping on weekends or holidays.

Please note that Pydana Collection is not responsible for damages to heat caps that have been used or worn. Further, we are not responsible for possible injury to customer or damages to heat cap due to over heating.
