US (Domestic) Orders US orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive for standard shipping methods in the US. Free Standard Shipping is valid on ALL US orders. Standard Shipping on ALL US ORDERS | 3-5 Business Days. Expedited Shipping $9.99 | 2-3 Business Days. Priority Shipping $14.99 | 1-2 Business Days. International Orders International orders may take 7-14 business days to arrive; payment of duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees may be required. If duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for these charges. We, the seller, are not responsible for these charges, nor do we reimburse any charges. Sacred Ibis & Co. is not responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes, packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions, or any additional package delays. If you decide to refuse your package or not pay the duties, it will be sent back to us. If you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid, less any shipping paid. The cost of shipping is paid directly to the shipping provider and therefore is not refundable.
Cancellations Orders can not be canceled after being placed. Returns We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, UNUSED, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. US (Domestic) Returns To start a return, you MUST email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a PREPAID return shipping label with instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Original shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE. A return shipping cost of $7.99 would be deducted from your refund unless you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. International Returns To start a return, you MUST email us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to return your package. Return by mail with the carrier of your choice. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Original shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions and Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as body butter, bath salts, sugar scrub). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges We do not do exchanges at this time. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
