Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays. We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our facility.
Tracking for your order is emailed to you within 24-48 hours of the order being shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered at the time of checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, however, you have not received it please feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the location in which the package is being delivered.
Delivery dates for shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our facility.
La Allure Couture wants everyone to fall in love with all the items but we understand if it didn't work out for you. You can return your order for store credit. La Allure Couture does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase within 6 months. Items must be returned within 7 days of the date you receive your order. Please return to the address printed on your shipping label.
To be eligible for a return/store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed.
Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE.
Bodysuits, Swimwear, and any Undergarments are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your purchase total. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
